Devastated HK Residents Shocked as Massive Fire Destroys Apartment Complexes

Student an eyewitness was among the numerous residents gathered at the scene of a deadly blaze that ravaged large portions of the eight-block housing complex in the city's northern district.

"This is a tragedy," the student commented about the blaze, noting that he had witnessed a body being taken away from the area.
